Project Management

Project management is another area where ZEAG Canada excels. Once an order is placed with us, the project department will become the point of contact for the client, making things simple and straightforward.
After the kick off meeting our technical team and sales team will work together to provide a detailed program of works. The program of works will be developed in line with the clients expectations, detailing any milestones that are the responsibility of others so it is straightforward on what needs to be completed and when.
Our projects team will help with the finer details of the equipment specifications and work alongside the end user to ensure that the equipment provided is suitable for the purpose that it was intended for.
The Technical Manager handles all installations. Our Technical Manager has been coordinating installation for over 7 years, and ensures that the installations are completed with minimal disruption to the operation of the site, completed on time and on budget, all of which are key factors for our clients.
Once the installation is complete a full acceptance test will be performed by ZEAG in-house trained technicians on site, witnessed by a site representative to ensure that the quality of the installation meets and exceeds the expectations of the end user.
The ZEAG Canada projects department is here to ensure the end client can continue with their daily activities during the provision of their new equipment without the need to worry about the on going works.
